With consistent slim 52mm sightlines and enhanced thermal performance to exceed current building regulations, SF52 is an elegant solution for both ground floor and high rise projects. All configurations have excellent weather performance, being fully CWCT and EN13830 weather tested and are 100% recyclable with a life expectancy of 40+ years.

Configuration:Fully Capped
A traditional zone drained, fully capped, aluminium curtain walling system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines.
- Use in combination with vertically capped, horizontally capped or silicone glazed SF52 curtain wall to create an individual and striking external facade.
- Choose from a large variety of caps for even more aesthetic possibilities.
- Create impact both inside and out with either 40 or 60 micron powder coat in any RAL colour or an anodised finish.

Zone Drained Fully Capped
The fully capped system can be zone drained via traditional transom pressure plate drainage or spout drainage through the mullion.
Mullion Drained Fully Capped
SF52 is also available as a mullion drained fully capped system.

A silicone glazed aluminium curtain walling system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines, featuring a specially designed toggle system to allow externally frameless facades.
- Add ventilation whilst continuing the frameless effect with our fully compatible SMRF frameless vents.
- Use in combination with fully capped, vertically capped or horizontally capped SF52 curtain wall to create an individual and striking external facade.

Zone Drained
The silicone glazed SF52 curtain walling system is zone drained by spout drainage through the mullion. This helps to prevent recalls to site due to breakages or splitting in glass to glass joint seals.
Configuration:Vertical Capped
A vertically capped aluminium curtain wall system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines, featuring a specially designed toggle system used horizontally to allow externally frameless transoms.
- Vertical capped sections give an arresting façade and can make the building look taller.
- Add ventilation whilst continuing the horizontally frameless effect with our fully compatible SMRF frameless vents.

Zone Drained
The horizontally capped SF52 curtain walling system is zone drained using traditional transom drainage.
Configuration:Mullion Drained
A traditional fully capped mullion drained aluminium, curtain walling system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines. Unlike the zone drained system, it has different mullion and transom profiles and is constructed using lap joints performed using a special Senior punch tool or standard machinery available on the market for easy and faster installation.

Mullion Drained Fully Capped
This fully capped SF52 system is mullion drained using spouts above the splice joints.
Configuration:Sloped Glazing
A traditional fully capped sloped glazed aluminium system with uniform slim 52mm sightlines.
- Perfect for creating a sloped screen - can be used to create varied pitches from 15 degrees from horizontal to 15 degrees from vertical
- Ideal for use as roof glazing in atriums – thermally enhanced system to keep the warmth in and reduce energy loss
- Gives a seamless finish - integrates with the SF52 Mullion Drained System to create a smooth connection between a sloped screen and a vertical curtain wall
