Doubletree by Hilton in Hull

The new doubletree by Hilton in Hull is the latest addition to Senior’s growing portfolio of impressive projects in the hotel sector.

Designed by Aros Architects, the attractive building envelope has been inspired by Hull’s industrial heritage and features Senior’s slim line SF52 Curtain wall installed to the ground floor.

To create a pleasant interior environment for guests and provide exceptional views across the city, Senior’s thermally-efficient SPW600e aluminium windows have been installed throughout and complement the rainscreen façade of the building.

Located in a prime position in Hull city centre, the £25Million hotel offers a range of premium leisure and business facilities, including 165 guestrooms, a branded destination restaurant and bar and a 1,000 m2 pillar-free ballroom designed to attract large-scale conferences and events to the city.

Global hotel chain Hilton appointed Senior to fulfil the Doubletree contract following previous experience with Senior’s SPW600 aluminium casement windows, robust SPW501 aluminium commercial doors and patented thermally-enhanced PURe^® SLIDE aluminium sliding doors at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester.
