An excellent show for Senior’s with good quality enquiries and a very busy exhibition stand. Now that the dust has settled on the International Centre’s exhibition floor, it is time to reflect on what has been one of the best fenestration trade shows in the UK in living memory.
Almost six thousand people visited the FIT Show over three days, with Senior’s stand busy all day on all three days. Steve Wightman, Senior’s Sales Director believes most of the visitors, if not all of them, visited the stand at least once! Steve comments, “Shows we have gone to in the past have had various levels of success for us, this year’s FIT Show gave us a constant stream of visitors all day, with no time for the usual staff breaks. The location of the stand helped a great deal and I believe the stand design was one of the best we have ever had. All our staff did an excellent job of reflecting Senior’s professional presence at the show.
“With over 200 good enquires, all followed up, and with estimated new business in excess of six figures as a result, the show has certainly delivered what it promised, a quality audience.”
As a result of the Senior’s enquiry level there have been a further fifteen requests for Hybrid showroom samples from various home improvement companies across the UK. The launch at the fit show of the ‘Homes by Senior’ has certainly got the trade market interested in premium quality systems. Enquiries were received from across the UK including the Channel Islands and some enquiries were received from visitors even further afield based in Australia.
Senior’s have already booked their stand for next year in the same location. The expectation is that visitors this year will return again next year and that people who missed this year won’t miss out next year making the exhibition busier still. Dates for next year have been confirmed as the 10th, 11th and 12th June.
