Senior’s diversity is evident at Pannel Croft

news-pannelcroftSenior Architectural Systems has provided all aluminium door and window systems at a recently completed Birmingham-based Extra Care Charitable Trust residential development.

Our products were specified throughout Pannelcroft Extra Care Village in Newtown – a brand new complex which provides a supportive living environment to the over 55s, irrespective of their care needs.

Our SPW600 windows and doors were specified for the development, along with SFG shopfront for the village’s internal high street, where services including a restaurant and IT suite can be found.  The SMR900 curtain walling system was also specified at Pannelcroft, flooding the interior of the building with natural light, ensuring residents feel at ease and helping to bring a sense of the outside inside.

Our systems were specified throughout the complex as the diverse product range, from systems for the main atrium to those for individual accommodation, including balcony doors, provided a one stop shop for the main contractor, which eased site programming.

Pannelcroft Village provides individual living accommodation consisting of 180 one and two bedroom apartments. A variety of community-based health and leisure facilities are also provided on site, along with hairdressing and beauty salons, village hall, village shop, gym, library, greenhouse, woodwork room and cafe bar.
