Expand/Collapse Folders
Folders marked with a '+' symbol
contain sub folders.
Folders marked without a '+' symbol
do not contain sub folders.
- To expand a folder to reveal it's sub-folders select the folder icon.
- To collapse a folder to hide it's sub-folders, select the folder icon again.
- To collapse all folders so only the root folders are showing, select the 'Reset the menu' link, which appears above the folder tree when any folder has been expanded.
NOTE: more than one folder can be expanded to reveal its sub-folders at any one time.
Viewing File Content of a Folder
- To view the files contained directly in any folder, select the folder name text situated adjacent to the folder icon.
- To view a file, select the file you require from the file list in the right hand pane.
NOTE: when you see the message 'no files contained in this folder', although there are no files directly inside the selected folder there may still be files contained in any sub-folders which may be present.
