BREEAM does not certify a product, but with very careful specification of the fenestration material and glass choice, we can help you secure up to 40 credits of the 119 available for new buildings.

Our use of sustainable materials, responsible sourcing and designs with excellent acoustic and thermal performance all mean that credits can be quickly amassed.
In addition, our design team can work with you to develop additional features and benefits allowing you to gain extra credits from the Innovation category.
Using local labour for both manufacture and installation of components such as windows, doors and curtain walling, can also have benefits under BREEAM. So, it’s good to know that Senior have a network of fabricators throughout the UK.
