Following remarkable success in the domestic market with both our popular Ali FOLD and innovative PURe® patio doors, we have now designed a new super slim aluminium window to complement the range.
Ali VU is ideal for both domestic and large scale residential projects. In addition, a stepped face option means that Ali VU is also perfect as a modern, energy efficient replacement for heritage steel windows in both commercial and residential buildings.
Super Slim and Strong
Ali VU is our slimmest window yet, with sightlines of just 38mm for fixed lights and 66mm for vents. But it’s also very strong allowing sizes up 1400mm x 1400mm for top hung vents and 950mm x 1400mm for side hung. Delivering the widest views and maximum daylight in every room.
Impressive thermal performance
Triple glazed Ali VU has an ‘A+’ Window Energy Rating and a double glazed ‘A’ WER rating. It’s all thanks to the very slim sight lines giving U values as low as 1.1 W/m2K (triple glazed) and 1.5 W/m2K (double glazed), when calculated as a domestic CEN Standard window.
Huge choice of design options
Our design team have really gone to town with design options to suit every property:
- Radius, flat faced and stepped vent options
- Both standard and feature (ovolo style) outerframes
- Choice of square or chamfered style beads
- Available with a range of cills, baypoles and corner posts to create a diverse range of windows designs
- Available powder-coated in the full range of RAL colours
Fully tested for peace of mind
Ali VU has enhanced security and has been fully tested to PAS 24:2012. It has also passed weather and operation & strength testing with flying colours.

Like our Ali FOLD and PURe® patio doors, we stock pre-powder coated Ali VU profiles. These are available in both single and dual colour Anthracite Grey Matt RAL 7016 and Hipca White Gloss RAL 9910 for immediate delivery.
