The Venture Building

The Venture Building was designed and constructed to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and provides flexible open plan office and laboratory accommodation with a stunning three-storey atrium with feature bridge link.

Designed to be naturally ventilated in accordance with CIBSE guidelines with generous floor to ceiling heights, it uses Senior Architectural Systems’ Hybrid timber composite windows and curtain walling, giving a contemporary, well designed and airy feel.

The building is centralised around the communal atrium with a feature bridge link on the second floor and a 30m feature green wall. It offers its clients an “A” rated energy performance certificate, under-floor heating and the benefit of natural ventilation and daylight to provide a wonderful working environment.
