Senior Aluminium Systems recently supplied its high performance box section SCW Curtain Wall to fabricators Acorn Aluminium who curved it to create a stunning visual facade for the new SPS Aerostructures headquarters.

SCW thermally broken compartment drained box section profiles allowed the Curtain Wall to be bent whilst retaining a rigid structure.

Furthermore the specifible strength of SCW, provided by its range of mullion depths, allowed a two storey decorative porch to be integrated directly onto the profiles. The whole assembly was finished with curved double glazed blue tinted glass and the framing was polyester powder coated in blue.
