Senior Aluminium Systems took a new apartment and retail block at Brewery Wharf, Leeds to great heights when it supplied fabricators Aire Valley Architectural Ltd with its glazing package for the six-storey development.

As part of a thriving environment in Leeds, this new build of luxury modern apartments combines a series of windows and doors from the high performance Part L compliant SPW 600 range. Access to individual balconies is provided by SAS' double swing doors.

Powder coated grey, the thermally broken SCW curtain walls are double glazed and rise approximately 2900mm high. With a 50mm wide face dimension, the system offers a range of mullion depths and feature caps to cater for differing structural and architectural requirements.
